The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to a tool for corrugating pipes. A device for continuous corrugation of pipes from plastically deformable material is known, predominantly cable sheaths made of metal, comprising a corrugated head installed with the possibility of forced rotation, on the casing of which are mounted with the possibility of free rotation and with mutually opposite eccentricity of the sleeve with forming ribs on the inner surface, the diameter is in the light which is larger than the diameter of the pipe billet lj. However, this device does not provide uniform corrugations. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of corrugated pipes by producing corrugations of the same length. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for continuous corrugation of pipes made of plastically deformable material, mainly cable sheaths made of metal containing a corrugated head installed with the possibility of forced rotation, on the casing of which are mounted with the possibility of free rotation and with an opposite eccentricity of the sleeve with the forming the ribs on the inner surface, the diameter in the light of which is larger than the diameter of the pipe-billet, the corrugated head is equipped with a mechanism for si synchronization of rotation of the bush one relative to the other, the axis of the sleeves are arranged parallel to the axis of the feed pipe billet, while the forming ribs of both sleeves are parallel to each other, and the ratio of the diameter in the light of the hole of the sleeves to the diameter of the corrugated pipe in the corrugated cavity is an even number, not less than 2, with a maximum deviation of 5%. The forming rib has the shape of a helix. The forming rib consists of three turns and has an entrance section where its height increases from the beginning of the rib to a value corresponding to the height of the corrugations. The inlet portion of the forming rib extends over at least two turns of the rib. Each sleeve has additional forming ribs. At least three shaping ribs are provided, made of cochits. Forming ribs have input losses at which their height increases to a value corresponding to the height of the corrugations. The entrance section of the forming ribs is located on at least two forming ribs. The mechanism for synchronizing the relative rotation of the sleeves is made in the form of an annular washer concentric with the concentric axis of the corrugated head mounted between the sleeves with radial copy grooves offset from each other by an angle of 180 and connected to the hub bushings installed in the said slots. The ratio of the diameter in the light of the holes of the sleeves 7 and 8 to the diameter of the corrugated pipe in the specified section is an integer number and not less than 2, with a maximum deviation of 5%, which ensures the exact insertion of subsequent threaded turns of the forming ribs 12 into the hollows of the formed corrugations. The ribs of the sleeve 8 are mainly used for calibrating corrugations.
Between the corrugated sleeves there is a synchronization mechanism for their rotation, made in the form of a billet 11 of the washer 13 mounted concentrically with radial copy grooves 14 and 15 that are offset from each other by an angle of 180 and connected to the sleeves 7 and 8 of the pivots 16 and 17, installed in the slots 14 and 15.
The eccentricity of the holders 3 and 4 is adjusted with screws 18 and 19.
Forming ribs 12 have the form of a helix (to obtain a pipe with ring corrugations), consist of three turns, and may have an inlet section where the height of the rib 12 increases from zero to a value corresponding to the height of the corrugations, which increases the corrugations. In such a case, the entrance area must extend to at least two turns of the rib.
In order to obtain a screw corrugation on sleeves 7 and 8, there must be additional shaping ribs, all the ribs must be annular, and their number must be at least three.

During rotation of the hollow shaft, inside of which the billet pipe 11 is installed, and the axial flow of the cooking tube 10, the corrugating head 2 runs around the blank pipe and using the forming ribs 12 on the working sleeve 7 corrugates it, and with the help of the forming edges on the working sleeve 15 calibrate the corrugations.
Due to the fact that the ratio of the diameter in the light of the sleeves 7 and 8 and the diameter of the pipe along the depressions of the corrugations is equal to an integer number (in this 20 case 2), the working sleeves 7 and 8 roll around the pipe billet once while the corrugated core 2 rotates twice. This ensures that the subsequent turns of the ribs 12 are accurately inserted into the valleys of the formed corrugations on the preform pipe.
The synchronization of the rotation of the working sleeves 7 and 8 is ensured by the fact that the pins 1lS and 17, installed in the slots 14 and 15 of the washer 13, communicate the same heart-shaped curves to the points of contact of the sleeves 7 and 8 (I.A).
